Seeking a half-time employee to work in Billings to support existing RFWs and continue growing the initiative there and on the eastern side of the state.
Job Description Summary:
Both positions above will include some or all of the following, to be determined by individual skills and talents:
* Outreach to local businesses to recruit potential participants of RFW initiative.
* Develop and execute an outreach strategy.
* Researching best practices.
* Conduct already established existing trainings and facilitate the creation of new training materials as needed.
* Administrative assistance to plan and implement meetings and trainings.
* Help design and implement evaluations and track data in order for us to measure program impact and outcomes.
* Help increase RFMT visibility and awareness by creating social media posts, media campaigns, and video content re: success stories, etc.
NOTE: both positions require essential travel and individuals will need a consistent and reliable vehicle. Any travel expenses (mileage, per diem, hotels as necessary) would be covered by RFMT at state rates and discussed and planned ahead of time.
